SPRINGFIELD- The same night we saw the fantasy/horror film Krampus. Its 1 hour and 38 minutes long and is rated PG-13 and was released Dec 4th 2015. It stars Adam Scott (Step Brothers), Toni Collette (The Sixth Sense), and Conchata Ferrell (Two and a Half Men). The movie starts off with the scariest part which is Black Friday shoppers, scary sight. Then we meet the family and see how they don’t really get along and want to listen to their son Max, who loves Christmas and doesn’t really want some of his family relatives to come this Christmas.
Max’s grandma tells him to make his Christmas letter to Santa which he does. Then next is there Christmas dinner, and his rude cousins steal the letter away from him and read aloud the things he asked Santa. He gets mad and rips up the letter and that’s when everything comes crumbling down. Krampus who is a demon version of the jolly Santa comes to town.
The family doesn’t know who or what is going on, there is evil gingerbread cookies, a creepy jack in the box, and whole lot of creepy things. The movie is based around Max having to do what’s right and try and save his family from the evil Krampus.
Krampus was very good as well from any other Krampus movies out there. I would recommend this for everyone to see!
